Panos K. Chrysanthis, Professor of CS, Elected as 2023 EAI Fellow

SCI faculty are internationally recognized for their groundbreaking work and innovation. Case in point: Panos K. Chrysanthis, professor in the Department of Computer Science, was recently elected as a Fellow of the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI). 

EAI is a non-profit organization that drives innovation and fosters research excellence in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). Researchers from across the world are elected to the fellowship program, which provides researchers with cutting-edge technology, tools, and mentorship to conduct transformative research. 

Chrysanthis was awarded the EAI Fellow title for 2023 in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the field of Data Management, Database, Data Streams, Mobile/Sensor/IoT and leadership to the EAI community. Chrysanthis was one of 46 academics and research professionals from universities and research institutions from every corner of the world.
