Peer Tutoring (Individual tutoring, Drop-in sessions, and Review sessions)

  • You can receive tutoring from a fellow student who excelled in the course(s) you are requesting.
  • Peer tutors help fellow students develop the skills they need to succeed as independent learners. They model effective strategies and methods for approaching challenging course material.
  • A peer tutor cannot complete your work for you and, as a fellow student, is bound to Academic Integrity policies.

Make a tutoring appointment through the Student Navigate App.

Bring examples of problems with which you are struggling to office hours. Demonstrate your attempt at solving these problems and ask how you can make any improvements.

Check your syllabi or Canvas page(s).
