Thais Safe Carneiro graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master Degree in Laws (LLM) in 2017. After graduating from Pitt, she passed the NY Bar examination and continued her work as international lawyer (labor law, international contracts, development projects) and returned to the University of Pittsburgh to assist SCI to set up a new professional graduate program in 2022.
