Jennifer Welton
- Director of Career Development
Jennifer Welton is a proud Pitt alumna and long-time staff member of the University. She joined SCI in 2018 after an 18-year career with the Swanson School of Engineering and the Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement divisions. In Jennifer’s present role, she works closely with industry, established and manages the SCI Corporate Partnership Program, and builds industry-driven professional development programming for students. Jennifer supports regional employers’ workforce development needs and leverages industry partnerships to support a variety of programs in SCI ranging from classroom presenter requests, new student recruitment, research and career development and placement needs.
