Dr. Rob Rutenbar receives 2021 SIGDA Pioneering Achievement Award

Rob Rutenbar, Senior Vice Chancellor for Research at Pitt and Distinguished Professor at the School of Computing and Information and the Swanson School of Engineering, received the 2021 SIGDA Pioneering Achievement Award from the Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Design Automation (ACM SIGDA).

This award honors remarkable contributions during the awardee’s lifetime within electronic design automation. Rutenbar received the award for his “extraordinary leadership in analog design automation and general EDA education.” He will be presented the ACM SIGDA Pioneer Award at the SIGDA Annual Member Meeting and Dinner.
