Ishvaraus Davis

Ishvaraus is an engineering leader, investor, entrepreneur, and advocate for social equity with a hunger to serve the public interest. He currently works at Fieldguide as a senior manager of engineering where he leads teams that leverage AI for the future of trust and compliance. That work is informed by his time in Congress as an Innovation Fellow where he focused on the intersection of emerging technology and society. Previous to this experience Ishvaraus led a team at Meta focused on developing cutting-edge services for large technology and financial services companies.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Ish has focused his energy on making impactful contributions to community initiatives. He's worked extensively with programs like YCore & Code2040 to mentor youth, create programs, & advocate for positive change. Most recently he partnered with the University of Pittsburgh to create the Minority Association in Computing and, in addition, joined the School of Computing and Information Alumni Board. He is also leveraging his experience and connections to run a nonprofit with a focus on supporting his community.
