ISP Director, DINS Professor Peter Brusilovsky Selected for 2023 Chancellor’s Distinguished Research Award

Peter Brusilovsky, the director of the Intelligent Systems Program and a professor in the Department of Informatics and Networked Systems, was selected for a 2023 Chancellor's Distinguished Research Award.

This annual award from the University of Pittsburgh's Chancellor recognizes faculty members for their significant record of outstanding scholarly accomplishments. Dr. Brusilovsky was recognized in the Senior Scholar Award category, in which nominees have achieved national and international preeminence in their field. Dr. Brusilovsky was recognized as a leader in his field who produces research at the "cutting edge of information science" and as one who continues to "push the field forward by identifying important future directions."
