Alumni Resources

We wouldn't be SCI without you.

You are part of a one-of-a-kind and ever-growing community — about 20,000 living across the country and around the world. SCI was the first school in over 20 years to founded at the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. In whatever year you received your degree, or which degree you received, you are a part of the over 120-year legacy that propels us into the future. You are forever a part of this community.

The SCI Mentorship Program

Alumni in this program can advise SCI students on various career paths and internships, and share professional experience and knowledge. In return, mentors see a direct impact on SCI students and learn about how computing and information is being taught in the classroom.

SCI Alumni Board

The SCI Alumni Board is a resource for alumni, new and seasoned, to connect and to collaborate with current students and with each other. The board strives to build a robust community of alumni by encouraging our graduates to play a role, however large or small, in providing our students with a first-class education, and providing our alumni with professional growth and an opportunity to give back. Interested in getting involved? Contact Mackenzie Ball, Director of Outreach and Alumni Engagement, at mackenzie.ball@pitt.edu.
