Studies have shown that a successful mentoring program leads to improved job satisfaction, increased performance, better retention, and a cultural organization that embraces a sense of community, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
During the 2024-2025 academic year, SCI is launching a new structured faculty mentoring program where mentees are paired with a team of faculty mentors from across (and potentially beyond) the school. Teams will meet both as a group and individually with mentees throughout the year.
