Sharon Bindas

Sharon Bindas is the Senior Director of Business Administration at the School of Computing and Information (SCI). Before coming to SCI Sharon began her career at the University of Pittsburgh in the KATZ Graduate School of Business - Center for Executive Education in 1990. There she served in several roles supporting the Executive MBA Programs and non-degree programs. Sharon received her B.S. in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh. She joined the School of Information Sciences in 2011 as the Manager of Human Resources and now serves in her current role as Senior Director of Business Administration. Sharon works in the Office of the Dean and is responsible for faculty and staff recruitment and hiring; faculty affairs; human resources; compliance; facilities and security; marketing and communication; administrative support services and special projects.
