Emily joined the SCI advising team in 2022. She found her love of working with students through serving three terms in AmeriCorps with Communities In Schools of Central Texas after graduating from college. This led her to become an academic advisor at an Early College high school in Colorado before moving out to Pittsburgh. Outside of work, Emily enjoys social dancing and is also pursuing a Master's of Library and Information Science through SCI!
