Pitt Seed Grants Fund SCI Faculty Projects

This year, six SCI faculty members received Pitt Seed Grants in order to fund various projects.

Pitt Seed Grants are awarded under the Plan for Pitt initiative - a University-driven mission dedicated to improvement through academic excellence, research and scholarship, and community service - to fund projects that are oriented towards improving areas of interest within the University. Projects funded by the Pitt Seed Grants are often identifiable by their commitment to creating outcomes that exemplify the core values of Plan for Pitt, including academic excellence, community, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and sustainability.
